All of my games are in .wbfs format, suited for FAT32 or WBFS Hdd
I tested by myself, on a Softmoded Wii with 500gb Seagate HDD and CFG USBLoader.
Just extract in your WBFS folder if you're using a FAT32 partition, or use WiiBackup Manager to transfer them onto WBFS partition.
If you like an .iso file, no problem
use a Backup Manager (like Wii Backup Manager) , and transform WBFS file to ISO file with in seconds.
Or use the Backup Manager to transfer the WBFS to HD and use it from there.( Iam using these )
